30 days, unused items, no hoops.
Return Window
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. Opened or used items can't be accepted for hygiene and safety reasons.
How to Start a Return
Email support@coaststrength.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
